One of the first decisions of the director, was to have the possibility of using Kurnalcool's complete discography. First of all because of the main themes of their music, then for their power and technique and, at last, because the movie title is taken from one of Kurnalcool's song. A "shouted" movie like Bumba Atomika really needed a particular kind of sound and very defined lyrics. In this case the absolute coincidence and relation between the movie and Kurnalcool's lyrics is a real satisfation.
The Kurnalcool are an historical band from Marche, who are celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2006. They are the creators of a particular music genre called "Vì Metal" or a mix of metal sound with lyrics with an ethilic matrix. Their line up is made by two frontmen, two drummers, two guitarist and a bassist...and wine hydrants that they uses on the audience during their performances.
The Kurnalcool are the perfect music for the movie, a movie shakered by a metal sound and mad ethilic lyrics.
